The flotation machine separates minerals by hydrophobic and hydrophilic difference on mineral surface. After reagent mixing, the impeller stirs and aerates to produce bubbles. Valuable minerals attach to bubbles and float up as concentrate foam, while gangue sinks and discharges as tailings, realizing mineral separation and improving recovery rate and concentrate grade.
