This is a mature non-metallic mineral processing project focusing on feldspar ore exploitation and beneficiation in Shandong area.

The local area is rich in potash feldspar and sodium feldspar resources. Raw ore contains quartz, mica and iron impurities. Adopting complete production flow: crushing, wet grinding, magnetic separation, flotation and dewatering.

We use overflow ball mill for fine grinding, match with magnetic separator and flotation machine to remove iron and separate mixed minerals effectively.

After processing, qualified low-iron feldspar concentrate can be obtained, widely used in ceramics, glass, glaze and building material industries.
